TRADITIONAL SLOVENIAN DISHES

Besides the classical offer
of stakes, trout and roast
meat, we prepare Slovenian
home-made season dishes from
the Kamnik area, venison
dishes and Slovenian
vegetarian and vegan dishes,
made from old Slovenian
recipies wich will delight
the palate.
The most popular traditional
slovenian dishes are meat
and sausage specialities and
black pudding, varieties of
štruklji (dumplings, rolls)
and doughnuts with tasty
fillings, potica nut cakes,
stews – hot pots, ričet (a
thick barley soup), ajdova
kaša (buckwheat grouts),
kislo zelje (boiled
sauerkraut), sprinkled with
crackling and usually served
with boiled homemade smoked
sausages, or roasted pork
neck. Also žganci (buckwheat
mush) and žlinkrofi (dough
pockets with various
filling).
We take orders for birthday
parties, smaller weddings,
baptisms, funeral repasts
and other events.

dishes). We give advices on
how to purify your body with
food.
Also Wellness alimentations
in wich we teach you how to
lose weight and balance your
alimentation without

We can offer two double-bed
or twin rooms (shower, WC,
television) and a smaller
apartment for 2 – 3 persons
(a double bed, a couch,
